From a vision in my head to the reality of building my own speakers—this journey started a few months back during a conversation with my wife. We were talking about how music and technology have always gone hand in hand. At one point, Starkillers was aligned with a major shift in technology—Beatport. Today, we see artists like Deadmau5, Anyma, and Eric Prydz constantly pushing forward by embracing new technologies.

That got me thinking: it’s time I align myself with something new. Not just any gadget or passing trend, but a piece of technology that every DJ, producer, and artist truly needs in their studio. Something dependable. Something you can rely on whether you’re in your studio, on the road, or performing anywhere in the world. I wanted to create a tool that doesn’t just keep up—it elevates you. A piece of technology that can turn you into a rockstar.

And that’s when I realized: I was done waiting for the next big thing to find me. NTS was born.

I dove deep into researching speaker design, studying every blueprint, every detail of speaker science I could find. I decided to go all in—full force into research and development—to bring this new technology to the forefront of the electronic music industry.
